Looking for a totally unique idea for Halloween this year? Want to have some good natured fun at the Left’s expense AND get a few knowing laughs from all the cool people? If so, check out this exclusive mask design available ONLY at Libertopia Cartoons! Get ready for some fun around the town with libertopia’s NPC Mask, NPC shirts, NPC leggings and more! All you have to do is print off our NPC Mask (there’s an angry version available too), cut it out, glue it to some cardboard (stick glue is great), glue on a handle (hot glue works best) and you’re ready to go! If you do happen to use any of these for Halloween or whatever – just send us a photo via social media and we’ll share it! As always, have fun!
